One has only to look at the

One has only to look at the inscription above the main entrance to see the original name of this 'high' school: CHICAGO VOCATIONAL SCHOOL. I am unaware of the exact time it evolved into a high school but I distinctly remember referring to it as CVS or Chicago Vocational, not CVHS.

I hope someone can enlighten me on this point of fact.
