I also remember Mr. Walker from 8th grade,I graduated in 1983 from piccolo.Mr walker was probably the best teacher i ever had there.He made sure that we were there to learn and learn we did.I agree with the other poster about his unusual way of teaching but it actually works.I remember a time when we were supposed to wash our hands after using the restroom and he found out that we didnt and when we got back to homeroom he took out his ruler and slapped our hands with it.that was the toughest i think he ever was with us but all in all I still love the memories of having him as my teacher.i also remember mrs. usen,mrs. tornes and mrs. smith from the previous years,didnt care too much for mrs. usen at first but after a while she was actually ok.I wonder if she still wears the wig or not.lol.
