My Favorite Teacher

Does anyone remember an Algebra teacher named Mr. Melody? He was great, with a good sense of humor. Of course I went to Harper in the "Flower Child" era..........he would say, "Are you going to San Francisco? I see you have a flower in your hair!" (IT was a song of the time, if you are from this era, you will rememer the song. Guess you had to be there.......

Yes, I attended Harper High
Yes, I attended Harper High School and had a great time. Mr. David coleman was the man to allow me back into regular highschool due to I had some problems in the past. My home school was Harper High. Go Cardinals!!! I had great class mates. Miss. Anderson was my English teacher during my junior year at Harper . Some of her lessons, I struggled with and sometimes she would sit in the hallway with me until I got them. Ms. Anderson passed away but I will always show respect for her and my education I recieved at Harper High School. Mr. Melody was my guy. He saved me from attack by my girlfriend at Harper. She never attack me but he was a great guy. He passed during my junior year and alot of students and staff missed him. Miss. Jones was the finest English teacher at Harper. Again I would like to thank you for all you did for me too. If any one see her please tell her to write me back. I would love to see her and say "Thanks" in person. I enjoyed myself at Harper High class of "85"!
