Class of 70 Talent contests at Tuley High
I don't remember who took the pictures but they were also published in our year book.
We played for our classmates during the Tuley High School talent contests. They were some great memories! We also used to play regularly in the lunch room during the "sock hop" days! Wow, are we getting younger or what!? I'm the bass player on the far left. Still play but not as much.
Abba Liefer
Mr. Garrity
There are other but I just can't remember their names.
I attended Tuley High School before we went to the brand new high school named after the famous baseball player, Roberto Clemente. The class of 1975 was the very first class to graduate from that high school in that year. The school was clean, new and very beautiful. We had a new swimming pool which had a heater to keep the water warm; where everyone could use their own bathing suites and not the the ugly shirts the girls wore. I was married and having my very first child that year. I did not get to attend my prom because I was as big as a house but I did get to graduate even if I was already 19 years old. Those were the good old days and fun times too!!!
Only 79 Tuley Wildcats registered, what a shame!
MISS RAPAPPORT WAS PART OF THE TULEY LOG DOES ANT BODY REMEMBER HER?
OR MIKE THE HIPPY OFF DUTY COP THAT SAT AT THE NORTH END OF THE BLDG?
OR GOOD OLE MR. FAULK!
THE UGLY SWIMSUITS THAT WE HAD TO WEAR WOW! SOME WERE RED SOME WERE BLUE [YUK]
THE FOOD WAS GOOD THERE THOUGH AND THE LUNCHROOM WAS CLEAN!!!!

Most people would remember me by the clothes I used to work. Some days I would wear strips, other days pasley and still other days dots. One day the the vice principle sent me home to change clothes because of what I was wearing. I came back in a suit and tie. I also had a white 1960 Dodge Senica in 1967 my senior year. I would always drive girls home each day. I still remember the 23 inch snow storm on 1/25/1967.
