Does anyone have their Budlong yearbook?  I have one from 1986 and one from 1988. I scanned all the pages and put them up on the classmates website. I'll see if I can find my original scans and post them here. I would love to have yearbook from the eighties to fill in my time there.

I remember living on the north side of Foster. Back then we all crossed the street with a woman crossing guard. I can't remember her name, but I remember her, she had a snazy uniform and cap. She was really super nice and a sweet lady.

Mr. Thorsen was the principal when I was at Budlong in the late 50's.  Boys and girls were separated on the playground.  Everyone went home for lunch.  No lunch was offered.  In kindergarten we had milk for snack out of glass bottles.  We all said grace.  Teachers I remember....Miss Limbert (1st grade), Miss Sweet, Mr. Sherman, Miss Clapp.  Monkey bars, high flyers, the big slide, wooden swings, the field house with ping pong tables.
