Cleveland Celebrates 100 Years!

For 100 years, Cleveland School has prepared and inspired students to develop solutions to some of society's most pressing problems. As we celebrate our success we would like to call all former students and staff to join us for an "all class" reunion. The Cleveland School Centennial Gala will be held on Friday, April 23, 2010 at Maggiano's Little Italy Old Orchard in Skokie, Illinois. Tickets are now on sale and available by calling assistant principal Gabriel Parra at 773.534.5135. Festivities include a banquet style dinner, dancing, prizes, and the opportunity to reconnect with old friends. The school will also be open for tours after-school and on selected weekends beginning March 15th. Please call Mr. Parra to arrange a tour date. I went to school since in the middle kindergarten to the 8th grade. I liked this school so much. Those were the good days. Would like to say "Hi" to the class of 92!!

Mrs Goldrich - Turned me on to MATH

My favorite teacher was Mrs. Goldrich, I was fortunate to have her for my fifth and eighth grades.

It was her that got me interested into Math and special Math/Logic problems.

I believe she was more responsible than any other teacher I ever had in the development of my career.

After 34 years in the Computer business (BIG IRON - MAINFRAMES) I am about ready to retire.
