I do recall that it was there I learned about the "political spectrum" - right to left, and, it being 1967, eagerly tried to locate myself on the (teacher-disapproved) left. sew
I attended school in one of these buildings. They were located in front of 1132 East 42nd place. (CHA). During the summers days it would get so hot in these trailers, we would keep the doors open. During the winters months, sitting by the door was very cold, and you could see the ice forming on the bottom of the door.
