The Alumni News section on each school’s home page is the place for registered alumni to share news about reunions, alumni events, and personal milestones. Non-registered visitors may view the items posted on Alumni News, however, only registered alumni may actively participate in the forum.

How to Post Alumni News

  • Once you are registered, go to your school's home page.
  • Either click the link for Alumni News on the menu in the black bar, or scroll to the bottom of the page where you will see a section called Alumni News.
  • Click the green Submit News button at the bottom of the Alumni News section and you will be taken to a submission form.
  • Fill out the form, creating a headline for your news item, adding a photo if you like (this will not display on the home page) and entering the text.
  • To upload a photo, click the "browse" button under the heading "Alumni News Photo" on the submission form. A box will come up that allows you to search your computer for the picture file you want to upload. Once you find it, click the "Open" button in the box. This takes you back to the submission form where the path to the picture should be displayed. Now click upload.
  • When you have everything entered, click submit at the bottom of the form.

Note: Not every story posted will be listed on the school's home page. Look for the “more” button near the bottom of the Alumni News section to view all entries.
