Richard Melman - Melman oversees one of the most popular and profitable restaurant businesses in the world. He began his career working for the family restaurant, however, when his father refused to let him enter the business, Melman struck out on his own starting R.J. Grunts, now a venerable Chicago institution. Other successes include Shaw's Crab House, Big Bowl, Wildfire, and Maggiano's.
