I am going to be 70 years old this October and I was a resident at 3234 N. Richmond St......across the alley from what used to be the girl's schoolyard (now a new wing of the school). My father and his 3 siblings all attended Linne and my 6 cousins and I also attended Linne. I graduated in January 1953 and completed HS at Schurz (this coming year 100 years old). I went on to graduate from Elmhurst College with a BA and Northern Illinois U. for my MS in ED. I was a secondary teacher for 34 years before retiring in1994....primarily in St. Charles, Illinois. I was a theatre director and this coming year will celebrate 50 consecutive years in that regard.
I have MANY recollections of Linne school and because of my family's close proximity to the school so do my family members. Ron Koeppl
