In this agreement, User refers to registered and non-registered visitors to the CPSalumni.org Website (Site). Use of the Site by registered and non-registered Users indicates acceptance of the terms and conditions below. It is the Users responsibility to carefully read these terms and comply with their conditions. If the terms and conditions are not acceptable to the User, the User must not use this Site.

USER SUBMISSIONS

Additionally, User agrees not to post, or contribute any material or language that is hateful, abusive, threatening, defaming, libelous, bigoted, vulgar, or encourages or advocates illegal activity. CPSalumin.org is not obligated to monitor content or communications on the Site, however, CPSalumni.org reserves the right to intercede on any event, materials, posting, communications it believes violates the terms of this agreement. Any Violators will be removed from Site and their privileges revoked upon discovery at the sole discretion of the Site administrators.

Any material or text Users post or transmit to this Site will be considered nonconfidential and nonproprietary. User agrees to give CPSalumni.org the freedom to copy, distribute, incorporate and otherwise use the content and all data, images, sounds, text, and other things embodied therein for any and all commercial or noncommercial purposes.

Links to third party Web sties, and the information and ideas contained within, are in no way endorsed or recommended by CPSalumni.org, nor is CPSalumni.org responsible for such content. Use of Links to third party sites is at the Users sole risk and discretion. Any software downloaded from this Site is subject to the license terms in the Software License Agreement that accompanies or is provided with the Software. Downloading or installing the Software indicates accepted of the terms of the Software License Agreement.

TERMINATION OF SERVICE
CPSalumni.org reserves the right to terminate accounts as necessary, and/or to change the terms of this agreement at any time. Any changes to the Terms of Use agreement will be posted here.
